What is BLDC Technology and what affiliation does Khurshid Fans have with it?
Way back in 2013, Khurshid Fans was the first Pakistan Fan Manufacturer to have successfully developed and implemented the BLDC Technology within its ceiling fans. BLDC (Brush Less Direct Current) Motors are scientifically proven to be 20% more efficient compared to the conventional AC motors. My remote isn’t working, what should I do?
Please remove the battery cover from the back of the remote and make sure the positive and negative ends of the batteries are pointed in the right direction. Please replace the battery if you suspect the battery being faulty or out of charge.
To make sure that the remote is connected to the fan, turn off your fan and hold the OFF button on the remote. As you keep holding the OFF button down, switch the fan on, and let go of the OFF button once you hear the beep sound twice. Your remote should be connected now.
The fan is showing signs of wobbling, how can I deal with it?
There are many factors that may contribute to the wobbling where the fan can be seen turning with a slight up and down motion as opposed to stable, smooth rotation. The factors may be:
- The decorative plate of a fan is loosened from one end either due to traveling or a slight manufacturing error. It can be rectified by placing your hand across the decorative plate and turning it clockwise to lock it against the body of the fan, reducing the wobbling effect when seen from a distance.
- A loosened canopy could also be a reason the fan shows signs of irregular motion. To correct this, simply loosen the canopy, and adjust accordingly.
